When you’re the leader grappling with a team issue, sometimes it helps to talk it through with somebody independent. Over the last 22 years we’ve been involved in conversations with leaders from many different teams at many different levels. We’re distanced from the emotion of the situation, and we may have specific advice for you based on our experience, or our conversation may spark a strategy to resolve or improve the situation in your own mind.
We’ve worked with Leaders and supervisors in small owner operator businesses through to the development of multiyear Leadership Development and Change programmes for very large private and public organisations.
Working with teams and people is all about effective conversations, and we are happy to meet you initially on a non chargeable basis to see if you are comfortable with our style and experience. You need to choose your mentor on what you feel is best “fit”, as asking for help or revealing your vulnerability to team issues requires a high level of trust. If you are unable to honestly disclose what’s really worrying you, we can’t help you.
