Team Building – “Teamfocus” offsite events to resolve issues, energise, reward and refocus your team.
We’ve designed and run successful team building events for both senior and front-line teams to refresh, refocus and re-energise since 1991 in Nelson and Marlborough, Canterbury (Hanmer, Christchurch, Methven & Akaroa), Dunedin, Queenstown, Wellington, Wairarapa, Kapiti, Palmerston North, Taupo, Hamilton, Auckland, Melbourne and Sydney.
We particularly have run successful “TeamFocus” 1 – 3 day workshops in the Nelson, Abel Tasman and Marlborough Sounds since 1992. These usually comprise elements of outdoor teambuilding to provide a shared experience, team dynamics discussion and learning through behaviour and personality profiling, plus vision, mission and strategy elements. We place an emphasis on the “takeaway aspect” – action plans for back at the workplace.

Typically we will help you work through issues, provide team profiling like the DISC behaviour profile or the TMI personality profile to help your team understand its strengths, and work through the teams vision, mission and strategy plus provide complimentary team activities which might range from simple team activities through to complex exercises based in the outdoors.
Team Facilitation & Development
It’s not always easy to be the Leader of a team and at the same time facilitate. When you are considering the direction of the team or discussing how the team operates it’s often best to have an outside facilitator who is not part of the everyday dynamics of the team. We regularly provide external facilitation for corporate teams.
Teams don’t exist in isolation, but operate in an extremely dynamic environment of change. Great teams are always looking to stay ahead of change or even drive change and influence their environment.
We can develop a customised programme with you to help your teams development, for an individual team or in a wider sense, change across a company. This often involves both personal and group team skills and concepts, and action learning projects related to theory plus practical projects that bring specific operational benefits from the programme to the team or company.
